RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from NewIndo Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT WARRANTY : The products are warranted by the respective manufacturers, to be free from all defects in material and manufacture, as per the prevailing Standard Warranty Clause of the manufacturer.

APPLICABLE LAW: By visiting NewIndo Store, you agree that the laws of the state of New Delhi, India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and NewIndo Store or its associates.

All suits arising between the New Indo Trading Company on the one hand and the other parties on the other hand shall be instituted in the appropriate Court in the state of Delhi, India and the jurisdiction of all other courts are specifically excluded, unless specifically agreed to in writing by the parties.
